ElementsKit for Elementor: Custom Headers, Mega Menus & Website Layouts
In short
ElementsKit is the Elementor add-on IPSense uses when a client site needs more than Elementor gives out of the box: a custom header and footer, a proper mega menu for a large product range, and widgets such as tabs, pricing tables and advanced sliders. It has more than a million active installs and a 4.9 rating on WordPress.org. We hold a lifetime Pro licence and use it across client builds.

What is ElementsKit?
Elementor handles page layouts well, but business sites quickly need things it does not include in the free version: a header that changes on scroll, a menu that can show forty product categories without becoming a wall of links, or a footer that differs between the blog and the shop. ElementsKit fills those gaps from one plugin.
It is made by Wpmet, part of Roxnor, and is updated frequently. The free version already includes the header and footer builder, the mega menu and more than 50 widgets. Pro adds widgets such as data tables, charts, timelines and popups, plus modules for sticky elements, conditional content and cross-domain copy and paste between sites.
What ElementsKit can do
Header and footer builder
Design site-wide headers and footers in Elementor and choose where each one appears, including sticky and off-canvas versions for mobile.
Mega menu builder
Build multi-column menus with images, icons and descriptions, which is useful for manufacturers and distributors with deep product catalogues.
Large widget library
Tabs, accordions, tables, sliders, testimonials and more, so we rarely need a second add-on for a client build.
Cross-domain copy and paste
Pro lets us copy a finished section from one site to another, which speeds up multi-site work.
How IPSense uses ElementsKit
Most of the B2B sites we build or rebuild on Elementor use ElementsKit for the parts visitors touch first: the header, the menu and the footer. For a manufacturer with hundreds of products, a well-structured mega menu often does more for navigation and internal linking than any redesign of the home page.
- Map the site structure and decide what belongs in the main navigation.
- Build the header, mega menu and footer once, with mobile versions, and set display conditions.
- Check speed and accessibility, then hand over a short guide so the client team can edit menus safely.
Where ElementsKit shines, and what to plan for
Where it shines
- Header, footer and mega menu builders even in the free version
- Huge active install base and frequent updates
- One add-on replaces several single-purpose plugins
- Pro modules save real time on multi-site work
What to plan for
- Loading many widgets you do not use adds weight; switch off unused modules
- Adds another layer on top of Elementor that must be kept updated
- Overlaps with Elementor Pro features if you already pay for them
Is ElementsKit right for your business?
A good fit if…
- Your site runs on Elementor and needs a custom header, footer or mega menu
- You have a large product or service catalogue
- You want fewer plugins doing more
We reach for another tool when…
- You already use Elementor Pro's Theme Builder and only need one or two widgets
- Your site is built with the block editor rather than Elementor
- Your store pages need WooCommerce-specific templates, where ShopLentor helps more
